Hello, my old MBP battery information displays this

    Health Information:
    Cycle Count: 289
    Condition: Service Recommended

This happened after updating to Big Sur. I've updated it to the latest OS versions, but the battery issue is still there. Now the laptop is useless unplugged and will last just a few seconds on battery.

i just want to ask if anybody has experienced the same issue, and if they had tried to have it serviced?
Is this battery replacement program applicable in the PH? https://support.apple.com/en-ph/HT212163
