Hello, my old MBP battery information displays this Health Information: Cycle Count: 289 Condition: Service Recommended This happened after updating to Big Sur. I've updated it to the latest OS versions, but the battery issue is still there. Now the laptop is useless unplugged and will last just a few seconds on battery. i just want to ask if anybody has experienced the same issue, and if they had tried to have it serviced? Is this battery replacement program applicable in the PH? https://support.apple.com/en-ph/HT212163
hey... I have MBP 2016 and showing "Service Recommended" on my battery after macOS Monterey update. Have you completed the replacement and how much did it cost you?
Have the same issue now anyone knows how much is the battery replacement? It's really weird cause I seldom use my MBP and my cycle count is just 297. I'm dissapointed.
