    I go for 11!

Though I am still apprehensive to buy one because of the absence of optical drive.

'Found a great review for those who go for MBA.

I was really set on the 11inch Air but at the very last moment, the small price difference vis-a-vis the extra 2 inches of screen space and a faster processor swayed me to get the 13" MBA.

It also helped that a 13" was ready for next day delivery.:)

I am a current user of a previous MBA version 13.3" and I have a sister whose got a 10" netbook. For me, the screen real estate of the 10" (close to 11") is just too small. I go for the 13.3" still.

Definitely 13" for me.. The additional screen size and higher resolution is better for the eyes.

It's not really 11 inches. It's 11.6". That's significantly larger than your typical netbook screen. Think PowerBook screen that is a bit lower.

i suspect that those like me who got the 11" did so chiefly for portability. any other factor is much less important. we were aware of the trade-offs, and basically didn't care ;) the 13" (which i've also had) is portable enough, especially if you're coming down from an MBP, so i think many MBP owners will transition down to the 13" and find it perfectly acceptable.

I'd go for 11.6. I have an MBP 13, and I wouldn't trade that for an MBA 13. The MBP 13 is definitely a best buy!

Personally I preferred the PowerBook 12" size. My dream then was for Apple to keep it that small but thinner, lighter, and having a decent battery life. So when the Air 11" was announced, it didn't take long for me to want it.

At first I was concerned that it was literally 11 inch. I mocked up the screen size and was very disappointed. I really could not handle netbook size. But when I realized it was 11.6" and did measurements, then I was very much relieved. This was the size I wanted.

As usual I was among the first to declare I'd buy one but would end up getting mine last ha ha ha.

I am struggling with a P2 laptop and an iPod Touch 4 for real world tasks. Charlie...don't fail me now!

I used to have a hackintoshed Wind MSI a couple of years back and I agree the screen is indeed tiny. However then I got my hands on my friend's 11.6 Air, I have noticed that the screen is indeed quite bigger then my MSI and due to the higher resolution it had the same elbow room as the 13 inch Macbook Pro. Believe me, it does not feel cramped at all.

I just bought my MBP 13" last month. Upon seeing the actual unit at iStudio BHS, I said to myself ... I should have waited for the 11.6" MBA.
