    Hi! I ordered from the education site too! Ordered last July 13 with engraving then hanggang ngayon, processing pa rin siya. Though one of the users said here na her order took 2 weeks too before it went or Preparing for Shipment

    Yes. Ang sabi nila waiting for flight daw. Di ko alam kung papunta ng Cebu or dito na sa address ko mismo. They even told me na magexpect ako ng call from W express ng 3:00 kahapon pero wala naman.

    try not to call DHL and just check their tracking page. you might get a wrong information like having to pay duties and taxes. there are detailed explanation of each status update on the tracking page. ie

    Shipment on hold MANILA - PHILIPPINES, THE

    Further Detail:
    The shipment has arrived at facility and is awaiting the delivery cycle

    Next Step:
    The shipment will be allocated to a courier for delivery of the shipment

    Hi. Sometimes they forget to update your tracking page or so. You will soon get notifications and updates once it’s already in the Philippines. Maybe they are not yet done processing your documents that’s why it’s still on hold knowing the skeletal workforce.
