    I am also waiting for the new mac mini. I wonder if its still coming.

    Any news when the next Mac mini will be released? Been eyeing to buy the current version now. Not sure if this would be a right decision.

    Also, read about Haswell that it is not upgradeable anymore. Planning to get i5 and upgrade that to 16gb.

    The Mac Mini on the Mac Buyer's Guide has been on "Don't Buy/Updates Soon" status since last year.

    The current Mini has been out since October 2012. That's like a hundred years in the tech world.

    The Mini. It's the Fortuner of Macs.

    i agree, you should hold off until they have a new one, or you can buy a second hand one for cheap :)

    Was waiting for 3 months already for it...and i cannot buy the idea of getting a preowned one of the current version.....so got a rMBP instead.

    I've been waiting for those Mac Mini's for a long time. Hindi ko mapalitan yung mga lumang pc sa office kahihintay.

    I'd just like to ask, aside from the Apple Display, what are cheaper branded (around 20") monitors that are good for the mac mini? Aesthetically speaking. Thanks.

    I just got the BenQ 21.5" IPS slim bezel and both aesthetics and picture quality are excellent, plus hdmi connectivity of course.

    I am wishing for a skylake mac mini this year. My macbook black which became my desktop (been using iPad whenever I go out) is now very slow.

    I'm thinking of getting a brand new top-of-the-line Mac Mini.

    But then I see this NUC, and the Core i7 version, plus 16GB RAM, and SDD, will only cost me around 35k at most.

    I really don't know what to get now.

    will the Mac mini be upgraded soon? any idea when? planning to get one but when I checked the latest update was on 10/2014!
