fetch email using entourage?

    hello,

    i'm having problem fetching my email using my entourage.
    this only happen when i'm inside a network using proxy to connect to internet.

    i can browse web pages using both mozilla and safari (after changing setting on both)
    i can via my email via webmail

    but i can not download my mails to my entourage!!!

    any thoughts?
