anyone else having connection issues with converge internet in Quezon City / New Manila area? my internet service has been down since yesterday. LOS flashing red light on my modem. I've been trying to contact converge service desk via email, text message, and hotline number. no response.
Can't believe I only knew about the additional 10mbps upgrade just now... may I ask how long after submitting the online request for the upgrade to take into effect? I completed the online request just now
Did they say how wide the outage is? I'm a subscriber as well and it looks like we're not affected at the moment
anyone using an unblocker service like unblock us? Does it work with Converge, given that it's using CGNAT?
I'm on plan 1500 when i started using Unlocator in late 2017, used it for a year before i switched to Getflix. Both works ok with my Converge subscription
Converge's about to come to our area soon, may I know if it's worth switching to it from Globe DSL? My current plan is a 15mbps one from Globe for P1,899/month, so far no known issues and everything's fine, slowdown only happens when we have visitors/relatives coming over. Is it worth moving to Converge for that extra 10mbps speed bump and the fiber connection?
Converge has been pretty stable for us, so no regrets for me. For the same price, why not have higher speed?
