Im currently using petron blaze. On ocassion I have used Nation premium fuel which is about the price of sea oil unleaded. Also ran with caltex silver and shell unleaded before. Thanks for the tips on the independent gas stations. Anyone try Phoenix?

Finally filled up with Unioil for my Santa Fe diesel. Have also noticed the improvements that others have claimed.

Will try Seaoil next time as I got a VIP card from the Seaoil stall at the ongoing World Bazaar.

We always go for Shell's V-Power or V-Power Diesel.

The cheapest kind. You wouldn't believe The km/l my 1.5L Honda City is returning. Based on my trip computer I'm currently getting 6.7 m/l. 6.7, I mean, that's rubbish for a car that's supposed to be fuel efficient. Pah. Don't think my sometimes spirited driving style helps on that, though.

Try computing manually. Also, there are a lot of factors why you're getting that figure. Tire pressure, travelled distance, traffic, your car's load and the way you're stepping on the gas pedal.

I was actually surprised when i got rebates. Pang toll din hehe. I love Seoil's Extreme, because it is same price as unleaded of Petron or Shell, but huge huge added power! Way better than V Power and Blaze!

Usually have Manila - Makati trips which isn't so bad (even during rush hours... I know most of the back roads probably better than most taxi drivers). Usually travel alone or with a friend. Don't have any any heavy cargo... hm.. I don't even have any cargo at all, come to think of it. Probably the biggest culprit is my driving style. Whenever u see any open, traffic-free road, I gun the throttle. I love hearing that little Honda engine sing. :)

Mods: sorry OT na. Mini forum for petrol heads please?

with 5% rebate from Shell Citibank, the Php 51.70 per liter Unleaded becomes Php 49.1625. Not sure if the price at sea oil is that cheap

I have been using Seaoil's X-treme and diesel for a month now. Haven't really notice any difference but, it's cheaper and the station is very close to our house so I'll continue using them.

I also use the PUV pump, I get 1 peso per liter discount. :)

been using seaoil unleaded on my vehicles for more than two years now. no difference IMO on performance but big difference in price. they're usually lower by at least 1peso/liter. whenever they have a promo and you use your card, that's another peso/liter off the price via instant cash rebate. they have the promo now until dec. 31

Bpi Petron card only gives 3% rebate.

Normally use Caltex due to the HSBC rebate.
Fill up gold as my car need 95+ octane... :/

Deals from Seaoil sound good! Only if they have more branches, don't have any conveniently located for my everyday route.
