I think Apple has all the rights. I don't want to be hypocrite but If anyone wants OS X, then it has to be a Mac.

Because Apple cannot stop from netbook users/atom based from hackintosh, so to stop the spread, 10.6.2 prohibits them from further.

yeah i guess hackintosh setups have been very rampant lately, there are also models like MSI netbooks where you wont need any hacking at all, you just install it plain and simple and you get a nice OSX netbook...
