I had a very good experience with the APP of my PowerBook. My HD had crashed, it was replaced; Found a dead pixel and the screen was replaced; Apple made some scratch on my casing, it was replaced. In short, super sulit. These were all done in the US. When I upgraged to MBP 15 unibody, I was convinced to get an AppleCare. No doubt about it.
It was my first time to use it a week ago when I noticed that my MBP was misaligned. I brought it to Digital Hub in Virra Mall and they told my that my claim was disapproved after a day or two, they said it was a user misuse. They advised me to call the 1-800 number and after several days of calling and waiting and calling and waiting they got back to me saying it's not covered. I told them I couldn't even see a single mark that can say it's a user misuse. They said they could not determine how it got misaligned but it's definitely a user misuse. I'm so crushed

I wasn't even a bit worried because I know I'll get it fixed. It was less than a week when I noticed the misalignment when I arrived back from the US. I couldn't help but lose hope and that I should have noticed it while I was there. It seems to be faster to have things checked and replaced there.
Do you have any suggestion with my case?
