According to information given by Aperture's Senior Product Manager, Joe Schorr, Aperture runs OK in the new MacBooks, though "unsupported" (that means no support from AppleCare in the using of the app). Check the Official Support Forums for Aperture:

re: matched/mismatched ram sticks

Barefeats.com did some tests and found only a 4% performance difference at best using matched ram sticks.

according to the macworld podcast, it is matte black and feels, looks like the wallstreet and the pismo finish. i am interested in seeing it personally. and then i'd know if the WOW is there.

i personally would prefer if there's no more 13" MBP. it just muddles up the product lines.

ohmy... now im more confused than ever! after getting rid of my last PC (yey!!!) finally have the cash to buy an imac... now this? too many choices... too little cash haha

just noticed, the new macbook's doesn't have a built in mic?

hmmmnn. that means an extra accessory for us who use the old iBooks extensively with skype.

It does. It has an iSight so its suppose to have a built in mic.

there IS a built-in mike - next to the iSight

pb

there MUST be something good about windows. i am sure, if we all put our minds to it, we'll find it. but not right now; i've got work to do.
