Apple chip problems dent IBM results
IBM has said that problems at the factory where it makes the G5 processor for Apple contributed to the $150mn loss that its chip division made in the last quarter.

First it's Motorola with the G4 chips. Now it's IBM with the G5s. Curse of the high-end desktop Macs?

Hope Apple's able to find a good exorcist. Still hoping for a 3GHz Power Mac G5 by summer '04 like what Jobs promised. ;-)
