Amazon launches web search engine

Several months after unveiling a beta version, Amazon subsidiary A9 has officially launched its new web search portal. Using Google's search engine, A9 delivers search results in the form of both text and images, much as you would expect from other search engines. Where A9 differs is in its integration with Amazon.com, especially with Amazon's "Search Inside the Book" feature. It also searches the IMDB, and has a "diary" feature for users to take notes on sites if they desire.

I've been using this since they launched the beta several months ago. Wonderful thing. I'm glad it's officially out. Now I'm looking for a way to integrate it into Safari or Omniweb.
