This would be neat if it were true. It also could be a well choreographed set-up with an ipod playing a screen captured video along with rehearsed hand movements.

Obviously, he recorded everything he did on his Mac screen, then played the movie on his iPod... nice prank...

But if its true, it will be most affordable Mac device ever.

And I think iPod Nano will be removed from the line-up.

And if Apple is planning to install Mac OS on an iPod, the screen should be bigger like 3.5 to 4 inches.

A convention on handheld devices mentioned that any handheld device with multiple functions should have bigger screens and with support for a keyboard and any pointing device.

I think what he does there is he use a video screen shutter wher you can record all the activity and movements like "PowerBuknoy" says. and convert it to mpeg or mpeg4 and try to rehears the movements of his stylus, i noticed the movements its like he just following it from the video. and basically the screen of an ipod is not touchsrceen im a right? and if it is a touchscreen you need more programming in the hardware part to make it one. its a pranks like what you've thinking!

but still that's really great prank full o creativeness!
