Re: Apple stops production of the Mac Book Pro Core2 Duo? At this point, it's just a rumor. Apple has not issued a statement, nor is there a recall announcement. I have to admit that this is the first I've heard of such an issue with the new MBP C2D. Since it's not being reported by legit news sources (not yet, at least), I'd take those reports with a grain of salt.
