    Default 15.4" iBook

Supposedly a rumor from an unreliable source but this came up again at Forbes:

It doesn't say anything about a 15.4" iBook. Just a news report about Asustek manufacturing 14" iBooks for Apple, and taking away the contract from Quanta Computers.

I think its the widescreen 14" iBook (similar to the screens of the 15" and 17" PBs)

Edit: changed 27" in to 17" sorry, my mind is a better typist than my fingers

I guess it's just natural, to crave for a laptop once you've outgrown the desktop (the iMac for me, for that matter!) afterwards!

I for one couldn't even imagine that I would ever be interested in really buying an iBook or maybe even a PowerBook five years ago (because it's really expensive way back then!); but now, all that has changed!

I mean, the dollar to peso conversion rate has changed a lot, even add inflation as an additional factor for that matter, but the real dealmaker (only, I guess!) is indeed the technological improvements that they've incorporated into Macs these past few years; that really makes it enticing to buy and not complain anymore that you couldn't really afford to buy an Apple Macintosh today! :embarrased:

But unfortunately (again, as real life situations and responsibilities as we grow old, would still apply to the equation!), my disposable budget is all that's keeping me from buying one asap, or maybe all of them even, also! :P

There comes a time when our wants interesect with our means, keyboardstyli. For some people, it comes sooner than others - but here's the thing: it comes. Whether it's a pre-owned unit, a refurb, or a brand new one, a confluence of circumstances arrives that presents an opportunity in which the investment (and to some it is) becomes possible, unforced and painless.

    Patience.

I know what you mean master... :embarrased: patience is a virtue I have to learn, we must! :shy:

I'd never forget what master once told me... :broken: to trust my feelings and not be pulled into the darkside, we should!

And when the time comes... I know, we will!
