A machine of this sort makes perfect sense though. There are lots of users (like me and penmanila) who are waiting for a true sub-notebook to replace our 12" PowerBooks. The BlackBook is NOT it.
I hope Apple's listening, here's my specs wish-list:
12" wide screen
thinner and lighter than the current 12"
aluminum casing (preferably black anodized)
I'll leave it to them to fill up the rest.
