taking aside that xbox 360 is from microsoft, I think you're not going to get a 'xxx is better' objectively. each of us have different tastes.

I like the XBOX 360 because of the set of games it already has and the HD capability- although I don't have one. hehe. PS2 lang muna.

Xbox 360, and while you're at it, check out BIOSHOCK. You wont be able to find a similar PS3 game right now in comparison.

On paper, the PS3 should be better, but the 360 just has so many more great games. At this point, I have to grudgingly say 360. If Microsoft could button up their red ring of death issues, I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

without the hardware issues it had early on (hoping its been fixed by now), the 360 would've been ahead by a wide margin by now in my books... but since there is that issue, i think its a toss up between the wii and 360... ps3's are just impractical for now.. maybe in the future when its features are easier to take advantage of and when more games come out.

Both have their pros and cons. It really depends on what you are looking for in a console. PS3 has better hardware. 360 has better games at the moment. PS3 is free online. 360, you need to pay for online gaming. It all really depends.

If not for 3RL, X360 has the better performing hardware in terms of graphical capabilities. Even Madden 08 runs 30fps on PS3 while its 60fps on the 360.

Dam another 360 vs PS3 As brain1976 said both have pros and cons. And it is really up to what you like best. At the moment i think that the 360 is better since the library of games out there, but i went for the ps3 because i love the controller since it fit better on my hands. And the upcomming software is more for me.

if buying now then you might enjoy immediately the xbox but consider metal gear solid 4, tekken 6, final fantasy 12 and gran turismo!!! these game franchises for me defines the playstation platform. if you can live with these games then you can opt for the xbox. but you get a free blu-ray player from ps3 while for the xbox you need to buy the hd player accessory.
