yep! island rose is tops on my list! they partnered with LBC for the 24 hr. flowers' delivery service called flowers express. delivery NATIONWIDE.

one time my hubby sent 2 dozens of roses ordered via the internet ( he was still u.s. based that time). the box i got was kinda wet & a few roses were withered. i suspected that the box fell before it was delivered to me so i called their hotline and informed them what the box of roses looked like when i got them. guess what? they sent me another box of 2 dozen roses! now that's what i call service!

I must say this Island Rose site is a great way to send heartfelt greetings any time one feels like it. Especially during the Christmas rush when everyone else is in a frantic dash to get something for everyone.
