Phone Form-Factor Survey
Clamshell phones are becoming more and more popular these days. Nokia's market share was eaten up by Samsung only because Nokia failed to deliver clamshells, whereas Samsung focused on it.
Which form-factor do you prefer, clamshell or classic straight phone?

Which of the choices covers the form factor of the Ericsson T39? I prefer that classic design.

Classic yet compact is the design I fancy.
I've had issues with my one and only clamshell and that was a Motorola Startac. The "open and close" motion always caused undue stress to the unit and hastens the wear and tear.

Straight here. Don't like clamshells as much.

Candybar design for me, e.g. T610! Also am currently intrigued w/ the design of the S700.

Never used a clamshell, but I don't like moving parts. Candybar for me too.
