Have you seen the Wedding Daze movie? that's something, if you don't mind giving her a (mild) heart attack.
OT:
If not: jason biggs wears a red thong (and nothing else) to his date dressed as cupid. he proposes, and girl has a heart attack. still better than when he proposed to michelle (american pie 3).
