Problems with WMP 9 installation

I've downloaded Windows Media Player 9 (I know you people will hate me for even thinking about using Windows ^_^).

But seriously. I have a problem with it installing. VISE Installer doesn't seem to function at all when I initiate the installer. What do you think is wrong here?

side note: I just want to view the E3 stuff from Gamespot but they only support Real Player and WMP. May bayad yun Real Player e so WMP 9 na lang ako. ^_^

Have you tried redownloading the player? It could be corrupted.

I tried to no avail. I shared this problem with a fellow mugger, Bogs. He's encountering the same thing. Pretty weird for Microsoft to support the Mac when it doesn't install at all, don't you think? ^_^

I just reinstalled also. It seems to hang ,but I noticed that when I quit my browser (which was open at the time) it proceeded to install. Either way it does take a while to install . Ang tagal niya sa file countdown.

I have RealPlayer -- there is a free version of the player. Get it instead of using Microsoft.
