Eli is a friend of mine, and when he was still here in the Philippines, he used to edit in my place, using only iMovie for his documentary. This guy is amazing, uses only an old Sony TRV-110 Digital8 to shoot documentaries. Right now he is living off of contributions from people who've seen his DVD in California. Please, if you guys have relatives in NY (or even NJ) maybe you can ask them to support the festival and Eli's film.I'll ask him to upload the trailer in his site.
Let's all wish him success.
