Intel iMac Update

Hello everyone!

Finally, Final Cut Studio universal is out! Would some one please tell Apple to be accurate when announcing an update?

I sent my FCS box back to the US (Warranty safety reasons), and expects the universal box in a few weeks.

Also, I will be experimenting with Apple's Boot Camp and see if there's a performance gain (or loss) when running video editing and imaging apps with Windows XP on a Mac. I'll post my results here as soon as they're available.

I ran some Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) apps on my iMac, so far so good, no problems... yet.

Finally, a question: Has anyone experimented doing some editing work Quad G5 and an Intel Mac? Any changes in speed and performance?
