i'm bothered.

am i going to purchase Mac Mini but FCP will not run?
what is the best thing should i do?

it will run. But you should get the Universal Binary version for it to run fast. Ask potemkin regarding FCP editing with a Mini. He has done projects with his mini.

i'm confussed with regards to VGA specs that is not suited for FCP studio.
or is it just for FCP HD (*v.4.5)?

I have a Macbook and it has an intel GMA for graphics. I installed FC Express HD and it wont run.


This software requires certain hardware or software which is missing.
• AGP graphics card.

if the mini can run the FCP studio, i hope that it can also run in my macbook.
does anybody know the version for the FCP that can run with the mini and the macbook?

You need Final Cut Express HD 3.5 and Final Cut Pro 5.1, both universal binaries.

its installed but it wont run. The FC Exress HD 3.0 software came from my ibook G4, which i migrated to my macbook. It was working perfectly for my ibook.
Anyway, ill try the FC express 3.5. (thanks marvinp)
