Default Film Screening on Philmug Party

    Hello everyone.

I can bring the DVD of short documentary (14min) "Selling Songs of Leyte" (read about it here) on Sunday. Moderator Kenneth liked the idea of screening it on our party (first local screening ito!) but unfortunately, we don't have the equipment for it. I was wondering if anybody can lend a projector (I can bring speakers) so we can all watch it at the same time.

Oh. The documentary was done entirely on iMovie (even the subtitles).

    TIA,

    Myles

hannibal thanks so much. Good thing Myles threw this in the open. I can bring my easel with a big white illustration board in lieu of a screen. I think that might work. Hannibal you okay with this?

    Thanks a lot!

Btw, as of December 8 (I think), Sir Eli Africa (the one who made the documentary) just won the 1st place for this documentary as an international entry sa New York film fest na sinalihan n'ya!

Another friend of ours Myles, texted me about it. Nakausap niya si Eli.

Too bad I'll be missing the screening sa Cafe Bola

Or we could just rip the DVD to a Firewire drive and pass it around from one laptop to the other .... mwahahahahahah. Then we could have as many screenings as we want, simultaneous pa!

Bad boy. Sorry, don't take me seriously, I just got up.
