    Smile DVD Studio Pro Users

Does anybody have any reference or some manual thats easy to read for dvd studio pro? The User Manual for the program is way to confusing. Although I managed to learn the program and some of its advanced operations, im having a hard time with customizing the buttons and animations, especially the assigning of the colors with different layers to be done in photoshop and to be exported in dvd studio pro. Sometimes working with iDVD makes more sense but it still lacks the flexibility of dvd studio. Thanks !!

I would recommend Lynda.com's DVD studio pro tutorial @ http://movielibrary.lynda.com/html/modPage.asp?ID=136
There are two things in life that you should do to be successful. 1) Do not share everything you know.

Anyone can grab a Tiger by it's balls, but it takes a real MAN to squeeze.

my post for this thread was 5 months ago. So far I've done around 50+ DVD's with DVD Studio Pro and it works really great. Im doing all my compression and encoding in Compressor and I finish it off with DVDSP. Its quite confusing at first, as compared to DVDit and iDVD, but after reading almost everything in the Help Manual, it made a lot of sense. More controls and customization as compared to other DVD authoring softwares.

If you have questions or concerns with DVDSP, let me know, maybe I can help.
