Hi guys, are there any other less costly analog to dv plug n play converters available in the market aside from canopus? I would want to bring it around with me for mobile work. I'm looking for something similar to ones being sold at CDR king..its such a shame they don't have mac drivers for something this cheap.

Looks like it can be used on a Mac. One review used it in 10.6.3 with VideoGlide. Apparently their dongle comes with a pirated s/n for VideoGlide that doesn't work. So it appears you'd have to buy VideoGlide for $30.
