Sigma lens repair center in Metro Manila?

Would anyone know whether Sigma has an authorized repair center in Metro Manila? I have a 200 mm AF zoom lens (Canon EF mount) that I bought at Wing Shing in Mongkok (HK) several years ago, whose AF motor always seems to be getting stuck.
