Is this a scam?
Brand new Canon D1 Mk II for P72,000?
Is there a way our fellow muggers from Hong Kong can verify this since the seller is from there?

Longbeard is Hongkong based. Maybe you can ask him...

That's a scam.
There's been a new round of scammers (or more appropriately) "phishers" from HK/China trying to get e-mail addresses by posting bogus auction items on ebay.ph.
The moment you ask the seller a question, they've got your e-mail address and see the spam come in.

Yep! create a special eMail address in YM just for those auction things. BTW, the post has been pulled.

Very definitely a scam. Maybe the 30D will have 1Ds' 11 megapixel FULL FRAME sensor at 5 fps going to a 15 fram buffer... *sigh*
I once asked about an E-bay EOS 1Ds going for $1500 (retail then was $8000) the auctioner said he got it an Italian customs auction of confiscated items.

Yes, it should be gone by now cause when I saw it, there was less than an hour left before the bidding ends.
