Last Sunday, jofab, mgd, bagwis, kenneth and I went on a phototrip to Fort Santiago. It was fun and the weather cooperated. The best part of it was not the barbecue and drinks we had on Baywalk after, but the tips and practical experience I got while we were shooting. Thanks guys! Stay tuned for the posting of the pics we took...
That was one fun photo trip. I learned a lot of tips from everyone.
Just to show you how truly a beginner I am, the first ever lesson I learned was really when I got home already and uploaded my pictures to my PowerBook. I noticed that my shots were unusually a bit noisy. When I checked the EXIF, all of the pictures I took were at ISO 3200! Arrrrggghhhh! (Actually, while I was shooting, I noticed too the unusual high shutter speeds I was getting even at f22, and it was by the thousands at f4. Kaya naman pala! Ayyyy tangi.)
This happened because Kenneth and I were discussing the add-ons of the Wasia hack (for the 300D). One of the features of this hack is the H or 3200 ISO setting. I failed to double check my settings, and thus, the very noisy photos. Bummer!
But anyway, just critique the composition, angle, and whatever you'd like to nitpick among my very few pictures. I would certainly appreciate them.
I hope this is not the last. I had so much fun!
