As per Peter's suggestion and hopefully with the blessing of the philMug Board of Directors, Administrators, Moderators and members, let me start the ball rolling on starting a photography club within philMug - philBug (philMug Shutterbugs - as coined by Adel)

Let us first see a show of hands then we move on to activities that we can do.

For starters:
1. we can have contests or join contests;

2. sharing of info to enhance our skills;

3. group training (like the color management and workflow practices being cooked up in another thread, etc );

4. exhibits?;

5. of course, photo trips (even photo food trips);

6. etc

You don't have to be a pro in photography to join, all that is needed is that you have been bitten by the photography bug

What say you guys/gals?
