    I'm not saying this camera exists mind you ....har har har ... but if did, my totally off-the-record, not-based-on-any-factual-information guess on the price would be probably not that far off from half a million bucks, maybe around P450k. Am basing it on the price differentials between the 10D and its successor the 20D, and of course the now-discontinued EOS-1D and the Mark II. Both were noticeable improvements in technology and power, and yet the price differences between the old and new models weren't all that big.

    So the same logic should apply to any replacement for the (currently P400,000ish) EOS-1DS, should one ever appear on the market with those specs

    16.7Mp!?! That's a lot of pixels, hehe. Horsepower war for the Germans. Megapixel war naman for the Japanese. :-)
