D70 firmware update issues

I've installed the new firmware, but after doing some test shots on the P and A mode, I find that the images come out severely under-exposed. I get a properly exposed one once in a while, but most of them just come out too dark. The forum on dpreview had a lot of people experiencing the same problem. Any of the D70 users out there unlucky enough to have this problem too? Any ideas on correcting this? :upset:

Some of my test images came out dark as well, but I attributed it to the built in flash. I'll try it later with a speedlight and experiment with exposure compensation.

have not had problems like that yet.. i guess kasi i shoot in M mode..

will try P/A mode soon to find out.. but the updated menu do look very nice
