About LinkBacksI just learned from Albert Labrador (and DPReview) that the new firmware for Canon EOS-20D is possibly buggy, and though reported OK on some units, it has also nuked other units and rendered them paperweights.
If you have a 20D and are considering upgrading your firmware, wait until further announcement from Canon before doing so.

finally succumbed to its call...
checked the version... 1.0.5 for the new stocks in the market.

Local stocks have the 1.05 firmware already, so no worries!
