Using software synths via rewire in Logic express

Hi there,

I'm having a hard time using Ableton Live 5 with Logic. I'm able to use the sounds i have in ableton in logic but whenever i start recording (using logic as my master and ableton my slave) i just get notes on the logic track but when i playback the notes don't trigger ableton. On the other hand when i click the record button in ableton, logic also starts to record then i get my sounds but when i started editing the notes in logic the changes dont reflect in ableton.

sorry if my question's a bit incoherent, i'm kinda new to this rewire thingy

Any help would be greatly appreciated

p.s. if anyone could teach me to use logic while using the synths in reason would also be nice
