How to cut a large mp3 file into tracks using .cue files?
How do i cut a large mp3 file into individual tracks using the .cue file? i know there are windows apps that can do this but i cant seem to find one for OSX. any info would be appreciated

I use Quicktime to cut up large mp3's into smaller files, highlighting the segment I want to cut with the triangular markers on the timeline, then pasting it into a new Quicktime window.

well i more thinking of more of an automated solution using the .cue files. there's a windows version of this particular software here at http://musicutter.host.sk/ im looking for an OS X version or similar application on OS X.

i think you can use the clip ediitor of wiretap. but i also use quicktime.... it's a lil tedious but it gets the job done. hehehe

I see those on the music i download on bit torrent. The files downloaded are usually one cd is equal to one track to eliminate the gaps between tracks. Then there is another file included, the cue file, that contains the track info and where to cut up the one big track. I think...
