About LinkBackshi there, anyone know where to get finale locally? i know there are other programs out there like it but our school uses finale so i kinda need it. well thanks, any help would be appreciated

Re: Finale I know youre looking for Finale... however, I would highly recommend something else. I've been a loyal Sibelius user for many years now and I can say it works just fine with Finale files and can even export to more formats (even as tiff/jpeg/pict) than Finale.
Either way, you might get a better price on Ebay... even with the shipping. Just bought my Sibelius 4 from there last month.
BTW: Sibelius is easier to use... think of it as the 'Mac OS X' for notation... while Finale is 'Windows XP'...

Re: Finale I'm using Sibelius for some time now and it's really music friendly. there's a new notation program called Notion and the review is good. check that out...
