Audio Cable with Volume Control?

Does anybody know where I can buy an audio cable with volume control?

I have earphones connected to my Mac, and sometimes the volume control on the keyboard can get soggy (especialy if you'r running 5-6 apps at a time.)

I found some on the internet but I need an accessible supplier within the Philippines.

i think they have those extended cables with volume control where you can attach your existing earphones.
