Default Playing with a Wacom Intuos3

I got my Wacom Intuos3 yesterday as I upgraded my Graphire3. I had fun using the Graphire but the Intous is absolutely a lot more fun to use. I did not know what I was missing until I tried. Im hooked.

Below are a couple of scribbles I did while wasting my time on Corel Painter...

    Three thumbs up for Intous3!!!

hey randy, nice work. is the intuos really that much better than the graphire? i'm also planning to upgrade to the intuos pero i'm still seeing if it's worth it. what size did you get? how much and where?

    Chairman,

    Thanks!

Its more responsive and its got more customizable setting. The build quality is a lot better. Even the left click (in the pen) is a lot better than the graphire. I have using it for 2 nights only so I have not really explored it...but I am enjoying it more than my Graphire3.

I got the smallest size, the 4x5in (A6). A friend brought it in from HongKong. 199USD.

tried it in the expo in podium a couple of months before. excellent recognition of pen motion i must say. i was able to draw instant anime that time i tried the demo unit! i sure hope it will owrk flawlessly with illustrator so that i can conceptualize extravagant logos!

This tool is dangerous to the hands of a very good photographer Imagine the amount of control with 1024 levels of pressure, retouching fine details and color grading a photograph.

Dikoy, lets buy this baby this year. :P Badly need to upgrade from an old ArtPad.
