Hi, I'm new here btw,

Just wanna ask kung meron po dito na nakapag study na sa PCCI?, coz i'm planning to study there this June.

Lagi akong nadadaan dun sa Kodak Building malapit sa nasunog na MC Home Depot diba?, Bakit parang walang tao dun sa Kodak Building wher PCCI is.?

Sa mga nakapagaral na dun, mga ilan ba ung mga kumukuha ng short courses dun?

What are they activities or paano ka nila tuturuan ?

I'm planning to study digital imaging or digital video btw.

Any tips before I go there ?

kung gusto ko ba matuto maging layout artist anong course ang dapat ko kunin? at meron ba sa PCCI nun ganung course? at anong software ang gamit ng layout artist?

For layouting you most probably need Adobe Indesign. As a layout artist, I would suggest get an adverising course.

i studied there about two years ago. took this course on FCP basics (sponsored by my company). maybe it was just me but the course wasn't that good considering that they asked for a hefty price. i could have bought the same book they were using for a lower price and would have gotten the same result.

an advantage though is that when you're an alumni, you automatically become a member of their email group.

i'm not so sure how they tackle their digital imaging courses though. maybe they're better.

If you have specific questions about the courses offered at PCCI, its always best to drop by and meet up with the manager and or the instructors.

Since the training center is inside the Kodak campus, you really can't see all the action taking place inside. I think they're the only certified Adobe and Apple training center in Manila so that is worth something.

Attended all my basic photography there, ps cs2 basic and advanced... they have the best equipments so far.. Also the studio now is larger than before. they have two rooms, one is for the studio and the other one for computer classes which can fit 15-18 students with ease...

All in all, Pcci has become my second home when I was starting with Photography. Met great friends there and now they are still my photo buddies..

hi! im just new here also, i just read ur post about studying at PCCI? well i took a seminar on web fundamentals and a course on web dev't using dreamweaver mx 2004. its not joke that web design is really complicated pero, in fairness to the field, i was able to learn the basics naman..and very comprehensive yung course. They'll even give you provide you with workbooks in case, free lunch and snacks..u don't need to bring anything actually. Im planning to go back by july for a free refresher of the course that i took just this may.

they are a adobe, macromedia, and apple certified training center kaya that's a plus talga!

i've studied numerous courses there already. our very own dominique james is a teacher there. they are great. hands on teaching they really help the student understand everything in the syllabus. and the refresher courses also helps students to remember any lesson they mght have forgotten.
