    Default Fixing up low-res images

I heard from someone that there's this plug-in that lets you resize an image without sacrificing much of its quality. Since the image is in low resolution, the plug in claims to add extra pixels based from the existing ones. Do you know what this plug in is or at least any other plug-ins that do such job? Thanks.

Scott Kelby in his book on PS CS2 for Digital Photographers has an interpolation technique that breaks the "established" rules a bit.

He recommends interpolating the image in one step in PS. But he recommends using Bicubic Sharper as the method of interpolation in the Image Size command dialog box.

I still haven't tried it though.

Interpolation will not add detail to an image. In fact, you lose more detail the more you interpolate.

Also, the bigger the size of the original source image the better the results of the interpolated image.

    Cheers!

Yea, I wish I could convince the Singaporeans to buy me one since they are the ones who couldn't make their clients send better quality images.

That's free PS plugin from the DOP guys.

Alien Skin also has Blowup, but I think GF rules.

Bobby, this is a great and very sensible approach. It's worth trying. Thanks for sharing the link.
