About the Speaker
Alan Parma is a creative director and lead motion graphics artist of Mad Banana, Inc. (www.madbanana.tv). He has been using After Effects since 1999, and has been working on corporate, advertising, and broadcast projects for clients such as P&G, Globe, Smart, ABS-CBN, and Nickelodeon. He is also the lead artist in the graphic-heavy music videos that Mad Banana has produced (Quick to Panic by Sheila and the Insects, Pulis Pangkalawakan by Kala, and Six in the Mornin' by Dice & K9). He has also worked with US corporate, broadcast, and Hollywood clients since 2003. He finished a 3 month Director's program at the Los Angeles branch of the New York Film Academy and is a member of Digital Media Artists Los Angeles (DMALA) since 2003.
A minimum of 3 confirmed signups at least 3 days before the date(downpayment via bank deposit) is needed for this to push through.

saw madbanana's reel, way back my shockpost days..some of our favorite dvd menus are made by this group, i.e. coen brother's ladykillers. mabangis!

wow, thanks! luma na yung reel na yon ah. hehe...although to clarify something, we never did the ladykillers' dvd menu. we did do the graphics for one of the featurettes/special features.

yup. experience in paint programs (photoshop, illustrator, etc.) will be helpful as there are similar tools and terms, but this workshop is designed for beginners. The only requirement is a solid interest in motion graphics/animation.
