WiFi Hotspots that allow AC power use.

Just wondering which hotposts have wall sockets to plug-in a laptop?

The 3-3/12 hour juice i get from my 17Powebook is sometimes not enough especially when I come from school or work.

SBC PowerPlant. Sit at the corner arm chair. The socket is on the wall right beside the chair.

SBC Emerald Avenue. There's a table by the window facing the building lobby. On the floor underneath it, there's a socket.

SBC E Rodriguez has outlets in the 2nd floor. SBC Morato has outlets near the counter and at the smoking area. The Coffee Bean in Greenbelt 3 has some outlets all around, but haven't checked for Globe Wiz signal recently. No outlets in Starbucks Theater Mall in Greenhills.

SBC in Katipunan has an 'open' socket right beside the couch near the rest room on the 2nd floor while SBC in Eastwood City (the big one) has its socket behind the couch at the corner of the room.

It seems that Seattle's Best is the place to surf if your laptop has no juice, eh?

In SBC Alabang, there are two outlets for use. The first one is located in the far right corner of the room (if you're facing the cash register) next to the floor lamp, which isn't plugged in anyway. The second one is thru the little corridor and into the back area; sit down on the couch next to the lamp and there's the other outlet.

& these places don't charge a fee when you plug in?

I remember sometime ago when I was working on some documents at the UCC Coffee branch at the Podium, I asked the staff if I could plug into their outlet to charge my 'Book, they said they were gonna charge me P200 if I did.

I've been to Tequila Joe's Alabang a couple of times, and haven't seen any outlets. Not only that, their WiFi connection is spotty; my wife and I have only managed to connect there around three times out of maybe five.
