    Default Range of APExpress

I'm planning to buy a new Aiport Express Base Station mostly for the reason of wireless printing.. I was just wondering if it has good range and how much range exactly.. I'm worried it won't cover as much range as my Linksys WRT54G router.. Can it penetrate through really thick walls? :slanted:

You can't really say how much range a particular wireless router will give you because it depends so much on the environment. Moving a router just a few inches off can make a significant difference in range. My experience is that the APX has comparable range with other wireless routers I've used (Linksys, Level1, Netgear). I'm talking about the older 802.11g APX, you'll get better range with the new 802.11n APXs.
