Prepaid Internet
There are so many prepaid Internet cards in the market today. The cheaper ones usually are harder to log on to, and some have really slow connection speeds or are just plain unreliable. Which ones do you recommend?

when I was still in Manila and I had to use Dial Up, I used Axti Internet. Based somewhere in Alabang. Although I used a post paid account, they had a prepaid one if I'm not mistaken. Quite reliable and quite fast.

The eVolve thing is good, from Pacific Internet. Easy to connect to. A trifle expensive.
ISP Bonanza gives you more mileage, but is hard to connect to.
I've dispensed with prepaid cards though, and only keep them for emergencies. While I am not happy with their DSL service, I like PLDT's VIBE thing, which I resort to if the DSL service is down, which is getting to be often.
Quick and consistent, if slow, and connects like the devil. There isn't even a ring; the second you finish dialing, you get the modem handshaking immediately. Catch is, you need a PLDT landline.

I've tried all cards in the past already!
Blast and eVolve have less hours but easier to connect to. For sure more people get those with more hours, that's why it can take you around 30 mintues to be able to connect!

Evolve works very well for me. The cheap ones I've tried already are ISP and Fuel. ISP seems fast but impossible to connect to. Fuel is also fast but not too hard to connect to, (not as hard as ISP).

PLDT Vibe also works great for me since I can use it here and at Lucena. Same works with Infocom warpspeed, provincial dial up access is also available.

PLDT Vibe's okay, but i find it weird sometimes that i can't access my email or post sa message board when i'm using that. I'm trying out Infocom Warpspeed and it seems okay naman. It offers less hours compared to other prepaid cards but at least the connection's pretty stable and easier to connect to.
But i still prefer Broadband at any given day of course. :P

Pacific E-volve works best for me. A bit expensive, but reliable. I haven't had much trouble getting through, and connection speeds are consistently high.

i've been pleased with infocom's prepaid card. i think it's renewable online, and has some free hours as well. plus, it has local numbers you can call. worked great for me in davao. nothing like gprs, of course.

I've been using ComClark/Instanet. Speed is passable and it has "roaming". I bought one here in Laguna and was able to use the same card when I was in Dagupan.
I'm currently using the pay-per-use for Digitel which is more expensive than prepaid cards but more reliable and faster.
