myDSL speed/availability in a condo in ortigas

Hey guys,

I'm taking the bold step of moving out of my parent's house within the month (yahoo! :lol: ) to a condo in Ortigas and was curious if any of you who live in a condo in the area have any good or bad experiences with PLDT's myDSL?

I currently live in parent's home in the Ortigas area also, and am regularly enjoying a rock solid 768 kbps with myDSL's Professional plan. But that was AFTER I 'dedicated' the phoneline to my room, and rewired it myself with industrial telephone cabling straight from the pole to my DSL modem then to my AEBS in my room. Before that, my connection would peak at 500kbps and disconnect when a call would come in or when someone would pick up the line.

I'm worried that the place I'm moving into, though relatively new, has sucky cabling and that it might affect my connection speeds (what's the use of getting 768 if you max out at 400-500?)...

So to you condo dwellers, which DSL provider do you use (if its available) and how is the speed?
