Linksys WRT54g/PLDTDSL constantly dropping connection

I upgraded my firmware to 2.07, if i'm not mistaken, about two weeks ago. No problem with the upgrade but lately, I've been having problems with constantly dropping connections on my PLDT dsl line. Any ideas whether it's the dsl service or would anyone be encountering a similar problem with their firmware upgrade?

take the router out of the equation and hook your PC straight to the modem... that will narrow the issue down to either your ISP or the router.
