How to enter domain in Safari
In our office, we have a proxy server that requires us to log in username, password and domain. Internet explorer, firefox and mozilla accepts the format "domain\username" if the domain box is not present. However safari doesn't. Does anyone know whats the proper format for entering the domain name in safari? TIA

I think you should manually set up the proxy server at System Preferences -> Network -> Your Connection -> Proxies. Then you can use the proxy server, which will be used by (almost?) all programs in OS X. I like the fact that I don't have to manually set up each app, in fact.
Also, since you're doing the domain\username command on other browsers, I assume you didn't want to set it up because you're moving between locations? If so, it's noteworthy that with OS X you can set up multiple locations, so you can have one for your office, then home, and elsewhere. It's convenient to change locations by going to the Apple Menu -> Location -> Select your location.
