Help needed with Surecom Router EP-9510AX and PLDT MyDSL

Good evening!
I just bought a Surecom Wireless Router Model EP-9510AX
I am trying to configure it using my Powerbook G4 with a built-in Airport Card
I am able to access the router by the 198.162.1.1 route and I have entered the setuo wizard dialogue

I entered the Setup Wizard
Said YES to ISP Info
Said NO to Host Name
Said NO to Static IP
Entered the User Name and Password
Entered NO to DNS Address
Enabled the Wireless Network
Set the Time Zone

Restarted.. Crossed Fingers... And... Nothing
Also tried entering DNS address given in a PLDT DSL website
Still nothing...

Any suggestions on what else I can try?

Doesn't PLDT DSL go via PPPoE? That's what you'll need to set up in your router
