AirPort Express Tip: multiple AirTunes streaming from one computer

Is it possible to simultaneously stream two separate tunes to two Airport Express units (within the same network) from one computer?

Apple would have you believe that you'll need two computers to do that. However, I discovered that it is possible to have two APs and one computer source. All one has to do is perform a FAST USER SWITCH (a Panther feature).

While AirTunes is streaming music to one ApExpress, do a Fast User Switch (don't log out) and you'll find the music won't stop playing.

While your computer is in your alternate user profile, launch iTunes and select another APExpress from the pulldown list. Select another playlist to stream and press play. Viola! Two separate tunes over two APs from one computer.

Now I can play lounge music in the den and dinner music in the dining room simultaneously. Now, if only my place had a den and a dining room.
